Abstract
The use of the Internet for Social Networking is very popular among adolescents and emerging adults. The use of collaborative technologies and Social Networking Site leads to instant online community in which people communicate rapidly and conveniently with each other. The ability to stay in touch with friends and family members from anywhere in the world has millions of people caught up in the excitement of social networking. Because social networks are where the customers are, many enterprises are also turning to social networks as a free and powerful means of communication. The basic aim of this review paper is to briefly summaries what are Social networking sites and their uses in different areas along with their risks.
