Reduce Energy Consumption and Increase the Lifetime of Heterogeneous Wireless Sensor Networks: Evolutionary Approach
Main Article Content
Abstract
Heterogeneous wireless sensor networks consist of sensor nodes with different capability, such as different computing power, amount of energy and sensing range. One of the most important issues in heterogeneous wireless sensor network is the energy consumption that has the important effect on the lifetime of the network. In this paper the evolutionary approach to decrease the energy consumption and increase the lifetime of the heterogeneous wireless sensor network is introduced. The main achievement of this method is to reduce the execution times of algorithm.
