Jharkhand, a state rich in natural beauty, tribal culture, and heritage, has significant tourism potential but remains underdeveloped in comparison to other Indian states. With the advent of digitalization, tourism portals have emerged as essential tools for promoting destinations, enhancing tourist experiences, and improving governance. This research paper examines the Jharkhand Tourism Portal, its features, impact, challenges, and role in promoting sustainable tourism. The study also evaluates how digital platforms contribute to tourism growth, accessibility, and economic development
