A Unified Socio-Technical Architecture For Cultural Preservation and Artisan Empowerment: The Case of The Rangriti Heritage Explorer
Main Article Content
Abstract
The preservation of cultural heritage and the socioeconomic empowerment of traditional artisans represent critical challenges in contemporary developmental discourse and software engineering. This paper provides a comprehensive analysis of socio-technical systems designed to integrate traditional artisanal ecosystems into the modern digital economy. By evaluating existing physical and digital empowerment models, integrating macroeconomic projections, and leveraging the Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC) paradigm, this research proposes an integrated full-stack architectural blueprint. The study employs Design Science Research (DSR) and Implementation Science frameworks to evaluate the efficacy of decentralized e-commerce, immutable blockchain provenance, and AI-driven security in safeguarding cultural history while ensuring sustainable, equitable livelihoods for rural creators
