Abstract

Digital technologies have changed traditional classrooms into smart, tech-driven systems. A smart classroom uses new technologies like the Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and automation to make teaching and learning more effective. One of the biggest problems that schools and colleges have to deal with is how to schedule and allocate classes, teachers, and resources that it doesn’t cause any conflicts. The manual Scheduling takes a lot of time, is prone to mistakes, and is not very efficient.

This research paper introduces Smart Classroom and Intelligent Timetable Scheduler system that combines classroom automation with an AI-based scheduling framework. The system is designed automate classroom operations, optimize resource utilization, and generate clash-free timetables. The system ensures efficient allocation of classrooms, faculty, and time slots by using smart algorithms. This solution improves productivity, reduces administrative workload, and enhances the overall educational experience
