Abstract
EmployabilityofgraduatesisoneoftheindicatorsbeingassessedbyHigherEducationInstitutions(HEIs)tofindout whether thequalityofeducationtheyprovideissuitabletotheneedsoftheindustry.ThisstudywasconductedtodevelopanalumnitracingsystemdesignedtoallowtheUniversitytopurposelytraceitsalumniusingtheinternet.Thesystemcanbeusedastoolinfindingoutimportantinformationaboutthemliketheiremploymentstatusandinidentifyingwhichskillsareessentialsintheirpresentwork.
ThisinformationinreturncanhelptheHEIdeterminestheimprovementthattheyneedtodowiththeexistingcurriculum.Itcan alsogeneratecomprehensivereportswhicharenecessaryforplanning,programimplementationandanydecision-makingpurposes.
