FAULT TOLERANCE MANAGEMENT FOR CLOUD ENVIRONMENT: A CRITICAL REVIEW
Main Article Content
Abstract
Cloud computing is one of the most popular computing model which provide services over network(internet), now it is in trend at large industry to small individual level. As we know cloud computing is elastic in nature, so the system should adopt some powerful fault tolerant mechanism that if any fault occurs in one or more components the supply of services must be rectified and delivery must be guaranteed. This paper provides study of various fault tolerant model proposed to improve the cloud services and present their potential, but due to huge amount of services and applications run over various nodes in the form of VMs it is still challenging. This paper presents analysis of popular fault tolerant strategies.
