WAVELET BASED SPECTRAL METHOD TO NON-LINEAR BVP IN IMMOBILIZED GLUCOAMYLASE KINETICS
Main Article Content
Abstract
A theoretical model to describe the enzyme reaction, heat and mass transfer effect in the calorimetric system is discussed. The mathematical model is based on non- stationary diffusion equation containing a nonlinear terms. This paper presents a wavelet based approximation method to solve the singular nonlinear differential equation that depicts the coupled diffusion equation with nonlinear terms. Approximate analytical expressions for substrate concentration have been addressed for all values of parameters . The proposed wavelet results are compared with the ADM, HAM, HPM and other numerical results and found to be in good agreement.
