Performance Analysis of VOIP in WiMAX with different modulation
Main Article Content
Abstract
Recent development of wireless network is more focus on area coverage and service availability using different radio access
technology. Also provides quality of services for various applications such as VoIP, video streaming and bandwidth intensive applications.
Recently voice applications are rapidly growing because of their more popularity and demand. QoS is an important cause of providing high
availability and accessibility of VoIP. In this paper, various QoS model been applied to analyze the VoIP traffic in WiMAX network. OPNET
simulator is used to design the WiMax to make the analysis of the through put, load, traffic and MOS (Mean opinion score) with different
modulation parameter. Simulation result shows that QPSK1/2 is better performance comparatively with other modulation namely adaptive.
