Review Paper on Artificial Neural Networks

Abstract
Since the digital computers are being invented, the human being has been attempting to create machines which directly interact with the
real world without his intervention. In this sense Artificial Neural Networks comes with an alternative for endowing to the computers one of the
characteristic that is intelligence. This report is an introduction to Artificial Neural Networks The various types of neural networks are explained and
demonstrated, benefits of artificial neural network are described, and a detailed historical background is provided. The connection between the
artificial and the real neurons is also investigated and explained. Finally, the mathematical models involved are presented and demonstrated.
